  • Part-time Overview We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Floater.
As a Floater, you will be responsible for providing flexible support across various departments at Sir Goony's which would include cashier, ride attendant, redemption counter, etc. The floater will perform a range of tasks as needed to maintain smooth operation. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks simultaneously. Responsibilities Greet customers with a warm and friendly attitude Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently Provide park information and assist customers in finding the correct package Maintain a clean and organized area Answer the facility phone and answer all customer questions. Help redeem tickets for prizes Assist guest onto attractions Provide information about operation of rides and safety guidelines Monitor guest activities to ensure safety and compliance with rules and regulations Assist with event management, including setup, coordination, and clean up Requirements Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
