Job Description
Overview Vine and Barrel is a specialty wine and spirits retailer dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and a curated selection of premium wines, spirits, and craft beverages. We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our team. Responsibilities Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service. Assist customers with wine, spirits, and beverage selections. Operate cash register and process transactions accurately. Stock shelves, coolers, and displays. Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive sales floor. Check identification and comply with all alcohol sales regulations. Assist with inventory counts and receiving deliveries. Help create a welcoming shopping experience for all customers. Experience Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous retail, customer service, or liquor store experience preferred but not required. Interest in wine, spirts, and craft beverages is a plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods. Reliable transportation and dependable attendance. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who thrive in fast-paced retail settings and enjoy engaging with customers.
