Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are hiring a Parts Counter Sales Associate to support both internal and external customers in a fast-paced environment. This position plays a key role in parts sales, customer service, and daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers at the parts counter (in-person and over the phone) Process parts orders and transactions Maintain inventory organization and accuracy Provide product knowledge and recommendations Support internal departments with parts needs
Qualifications:
Previous parts counter or retail sales experience preferred Knowledge of farm, construction, or landscaping equipment is a plus Strong customer service and communication skills Basic computer proficiency
