Job Overview Join our vibrant team at Grindhead Coffee Company, a Caribbean beach and pirate-themed roastery where every day is an adventure and every cup tells a story. Become a vital part of crafting exceptional coffee experiences while helping our crew deliver legendary service to customers near and far. In this energetic and hands-on role, you'll assist with every stage of our coffee operation—from roasting and packaging premium beans to serving customers and supporting daily shop operations. Your enthusiasm, attention to detail, and willingness to jump in wherever needed will help ensure high-quality products, outstanding customer experiences, and a smooth-running operation. Duties Coffee Roasting Grinding Bagging Labeling Shipping orders Manage Subscriptions Learning & educating customers on beans Greeting and serving customers Making customer follow-up and sales calls Assisting with coffee and merchandise orders Cleaning and maintaining the coffee shop Stocking inventory and supplies Helping with events, promotions, and special projects Cleaning and preparing coffee trailers Supporting the crew wherever needed Social media post What we're looking for: Positive attitude High energy Buy into the fun pirate/beach theme with enthusiasm.
