Overview Join our vibrant retail team as a Retail Sales Associate and become the friendly face that helps customers find the perfect products for their needs! In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with product selection, and ensure the store remains organized and inviting. Your enthusiasm for vaping will inspire customers and create a welcoming shopping experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert advice Assist customers in selecting vapes coils and e liquid they may need Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations Stock shelves efficiently, organize merchandise displays, and ensure product availability for customers Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store floor, including stocking and merchandising efforts Communicate product features and benefits clearly to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction
