We are built on two things: exceptional product quality and high-performance sales teams. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Floating Sales Associate for our Tri-Cities Region. This is not a passive retail role; this is for someone who thrives on hitting goals, increasing cart averages, and confidently guiding customers toward the right products. Our Floating Associates are scheduled primarily near where they live but provide coverage and sales support across the entire region when needed. What This Role Is About You are a sales driver . You don't just ring up transactions, you: Build baskets Increase cart averages Educate with confidence Turn first-time shoppers into repeat customers Help stores hit and exceed sales goals You understand that every interaction is an opportunity to recommend, upsell, and create value. What You'll Be Responsible For Driving daily sales through proactive customer engagement Confidently recommending add-ons, bundles, and higher-value options Increasing average transaction value through consultative selling Educating customers on CBD and cannabis products, benefits, and usage Learning product knowledge deeply so you can sell with authority Operating POS accurately and efficiently Assisting with inventory, merchandising, and maintaining strong visual presentation Supporting multiple store locations within the region when coverage is needed Contributing to a competitive, goal-oriented team culture What We're Looking For Strong sales ability and a competitive mindset Proven retail or sales experience preferred Comfortable upselling and closing High energy and confidence in customer interactions Passion for CBD and cannabis products and industry knowledge Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment Basic math skills and POS proficiency Reliable transportation and willingness to float between locations Flexible availability (evenings and weekends required) Must be 21+ years old What Success Looks Like Consistently meeting or exceeding sales expectations Maintaining strong cart averages Building loyal customer relationships Bringing energy and professionalism to every shift Being dependable and ready to support any store in the region
