Job Description

The Cupcake Collection in Hendersonville is hiring (1) part-time Guest Experience & Sales Associate to join our joyful, purpose-driven team. This isn't just a cashier role — it's a chance to build meaningful moments with guests while introducing them to cupcakes that carry culture and connection in every bite. 2p-7p Responsibilities Greet guests with energy and enthusiasm; make every interaction feel personal and celebratory. Willing to learn how to decorate cakes and cupcakes. Recommend flavor combinations and bundles with confidence — guide guests toward discovery, not just transaction. Learn our flavor stories and share seasonal drops with storytelling flair. Maintain accurate cash and credit card handling — every sale is a reflection of our hospitality. Support your teammates with a spirit of collaboration; jump in where needed to deliver our signature experience. Assist with all cleaning duties for opening/closing the store. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment behind the counter and in the lobby. Report to work as scheduled and fulfill all position requirements for the duration of shift. Box, package, or plate cupcakes and other bakery goods as needed. Act with a high level of detail when following instructions. Stay flexible and adaptive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment. Requirements A passion and love of the Cupcake Collection product, brand, and experience. A natural connector who builds trust quickly and enjoys helping others make decisions. Someone who brings positivity to every shift and genuinely loves our products and purpose. Comfortable working on your feet and balancing physical activity with charm and grace. Able to lift at least 25 pounds. Must be able to move around the front of the bakery as you bend down for bags and reach up for cupcakes. PAY OF $12-$15
