Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Sales Associate and become a vital part of creating an engaging shopping experience for our customers! In this energetic role, you'll serve as the friendly face of our store, helping customers find the products they need, demonstrating features, and providing exceptional service. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will drive sales, promote product knowledge, and ensure our store remains organized and inviting. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products throughout the store Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions including cash handling and credit card payments Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and managing phone inquiries with professional etiquette Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and participating in regular stock counts Experience Previous retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership skills in guiding team members or managing tasks independently Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic retail math ensures smooth transactions Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer needs effectively Strong communication skills are essential for engaging customers and collaborating with team members Experience with grocery store operations or similar environments can be advantageous but is not mandatory Join us to deliver outstanding service in a vibrant retail setting!
