Retail Sales Associate Boho Collective is a vibrant, bohemian-inspired boutique celebrating individuality, creativity, and the free-spirited lifestyle. Nestled in the heart of our local community, we offer a thoughtfully curated selection of women's fashion, handmade jewelry, unique gifts, and artisan-crafted goods from local and global makers. We are seeking a passionate, outgoing, and style-savvy sales associate to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a creative retail environment and loves helping customers find pieces that reflect their personal style and spirit. As part of the Boho Collective family, you'll help create a welcoming, fun, and visually inspiring space where customers feel comfort and peace. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products within the store. Provide knowledgeable answers to customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies. Utilize upselling techniques to promote additional products and enhance the shopping experience. Operate cash registers efficiently, processing transactions accurately and handling cash responsibly. Stock shelves and ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and organized. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store, including aisles and checkout areas. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall store performance. Communicate effectively with customers over the phone, addressing inquiries and providing information as needed. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting discrepancies. Qualifications Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively. Experience with cash register operations is a plus. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales and customer service.
