  • Local Applicants Only We're looking for a friendly, reliable team member who lives in the Knoxville area to join our café team.
If you enjoy working with people, creating great drinks, and being part of a positive team environment, we'd love to hear from you. Position Details Part-time position Local Knoxville-area applicants only Must be 21 years of age or older Weekend availability required Opportunity to pick up additional shifts Average earnings of approximately $15/hour with tips What You'll Do Prepare and serve coffee, matcha, refreshers, and other specialty beverages Provide excellent customer service Take orders and process transactions Maintain a clean and organized café environment Restock supplies and assist with daily operations Educate customers on our menu and product offerings Requirements Must be 21+ Must live in or near the Knoxville area Must have weekend availability Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused Comfortable working in an environment that sells hemp products and serves hemp-infused beverages Positive attitude and willingness to learn No barista experience required — we provide training
