The ideal candidate will have a good work ethic, a positive attitude, be eager to learn, and make constructive use of time . After training, they must also be able to negotiate with customers and handle financial transactions. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, develop a good understanding of the pawn industry, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of our crew to accomplish various goals.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate the value of items brought in by customers. Advise customers on the best course of action for their items. Negotiate with customers to buy or sell items. Maintain accurate records of all transactions. Ensure that all transactions are in compliance with local and state laws. Provide excellent customer service. Keep up to date on market trends and pricing of items.
