Troyer Post Buildings is a leader in the post-frame construction industry, delivering quality structures and exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Barndominium Salesperson to join our team and help drive sales while maintaining the high standards our customers have come to expect.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Utilize CRM platforms, such as Zoho CRM, to manage customer interactions and track sales progress. Prepare accurate quotes and proposals using various software. Guide customers through 3D modeling programs to visualize their project designs. Stay up to date with construction techniques, materials, and industry trends to provide expert advice. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless project execution. Meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the construction or building materials industry. Extensive knowledge of the construction industry preferred. Proficiency in CRM platforms, such as Zoho CRM, and 3D modeling programs. Strong computer skills, with experience using software like QuickBooks, Google Workspace, and Smart Build. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
