We're seeking an energetic, people-focused Sales Associate to deliver exceptional member experiences, support studio growth, and serve as an ambassador for the Pvolve brand. Position Overview As a Sales Associate, you'll be the first and last point of contact for our members and prospective clients. This role blends hospitality, sales, operations, and community building. The ideal candidate is outgoing, proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a customer-facing environment. Success in this role means creating meaningful connections, converting prospects into members, and ensuring every client has an exceptional studio experience. Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service and hospitality to every client Create a welcoming, inclusive atmosphere by greeting and engaging members by name Educate prospective clients on memberships, class packages, promotions, and the Pvolve method Follow up with leads, first-time clients, and inactive members through email, text, and phone communication Monitor and respond promptly to studio inquiries and unanswered messages Assist prospective clients with booking classes, purchasing memberships, and navigating the studio app & streaming app Execute retail and membership sales opportunities confidently and professionally Process no-show fees and account updates according to studio policies Support membership growth and retention goals New Client Experience Provide studio tours and introduce first-time clients to the Pvolve experience Ensure all waivers and new client forms are completed before class Communicate important client information to instructors before class begins Ensure first-time clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported throughout their visit Studio Operations & Cleanliness Complete opening and closing procedures accurately and consistently Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting studio environment at all times Ensure equipment, retail displays, restrooms, lobby areas, and common spaces are clean and well-stocked Assist with laundry, studio supplies, and administrative tasks Identify and communicate maintenance needs or operational concerns to management Support studio events, promotions, and community partnerships Retail Operations Maintain visually appealing and organized retail displays Develop strong knowledge of retail products and equipment Process retail transactions accurately and efficiently Assist with inventory counts Pvolve Culture Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Pvolve Murfreesboro's products, services, policies, and procedures Represent the Pvolve brand with professionalism, positivity, and enthusiasm Collaborate effectively with instructors, management, and team members Embody a hospitality-first mindset and contribute to a positive studio culture Qualifications 1+ years of experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or the fitness industry preferred Proven ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with diverse clients Comfortable discussing pricing, overcoming objections, and recommending solutions Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with basic technology, including email, texting platforms, scheduling software, and point-of-sale systems Passion for health, wellness, and community building Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated Physical Requirements Ability to stand and move throughout an entire shift Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to perform light cleaning and studio setup tasks Schedule Requirements Availability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends Ability to work opening and closing shifts Reliable transportation required Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay plus performance-based bonus opportunities Complimentary Pvolve membership Employee discounts on retail products & equipment Ongoing professional development Opportunities for growth within the studio If you're passionate about fitness, thrive on creating exceptional experiences, and love connecting with people, we'd love to meet you.
