Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster loyalty and satisfaction Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately for sales transactions, returns, and exchanges Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an attractive shopping environment Upsell additional products or services to meet sales goals while ensuring customer needs are met Handle cash, process payments securely, and manage cash handling procedures with precision Maintain phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries Requirements Previous retail sales experience preferred; supervisory experience a plus for leadership opportunities Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills; bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and cashiering duties efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of kids retail operations is advantageous but not required Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads as needed Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences!
