As a Furniture Sales Associate, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their shopping experience, showcasing our stylish and functional furniture collections. Your energy and enthusiasm will inspire customers to envision their ideal home, while your expert knowledge ensures they leave satisfied and excited to make a purchase. This role offers a dynamic environment where your sales skills and customer service talents can truly shine! Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting furniture that meets their needs and style preferences Conduct engaging product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and design options Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions, offering recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently Upsell complementary products and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain attractive merchandise displays through merchandising and stocking efforts to keep the store inviting Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing products on the sales floor Requirements Bilingual Spanish/English Previous retail sales experience, preferably in furniture or home goods Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and basic retail math for accurate transactions Ability to perform product demos confidently and engage customers actively in upselling techniques Knowledge of merchandising standards, stocking procedures, and store presentation best practices Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience working in a grocery store or similar retail environment is advantageous but not required Join our team where your enthusiasm fuels customer satisfaction!
