As a Sales Pilot, you'll co-pilot with our management team, navigating customer satisfaction and driving retail growth. Your expertise will assist our Spa in reaching cruising altitude, enhancing travelers' experiences, and maintaining a high-altitude performance to achieve our collective goals. Key Responsibilities:

Steer customer interactions to guarantee satisfaction Efficiently manage transactions, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs. Master knowledge of our brand, products, and services and educate guests thereof. Maintain professional communication. Target and achieve sales goals. Elevate our brand, spearheading the promotion of treatments, services, and products. Maintain a clean and stocked work area. Participate in training and staff meetings. Support overall operations as directed by management. Comply with strict sanitation protocols.

Qualifications:

Demonstrated customer service experience. Background or interest wellness. Strong communication skills. Competency in basic computer operations. Ability to execute instructions and systems.
