With over 20,000 pairs of boots from top national brands including Justin, J.B. Dillon, Masterson, Harley-Davidson, Sterling River, and more, we're looking for energetic, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a Sales Associate, you'll help create a welcoming shopping experience while assisting customers in finding the perfect pair of boots and apparel. This is a full-time position working mostly afternoon shifts (1:00 pm-9:30 pm)

What You'll Do:

Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations Help customers find the right fit and style through strong product knowledge Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor Work as part of a team to achieve sales goals and deliver a great customer experience Stay up to date on current promotions, products, and store policies

Requirements:

Essential Physical Requirements:

Able to lift up to 50 pounds, bending, climbing, reaching, and standing/walking for the entire shift) Ability to read, count and write to accurately complete all documentation. Ability to freely access all areas of the store including selling floor, stock area, and register area. Ability to operate and use all equipment necessary to run the store.
