Job Description
Here at Lux Global Consulting, Inc seeking a motivated and professional AT&T Sales Associate to join our team in the Abilene area. This is a full-time, entry-level position that involves working directly with customers to provide product information, support service selection, and complete new customer enrollments. This AT&T Sales Associate role is ideal for individuals who enjoy face-to-face interaction, are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and are interested in building foundational experience in sales and customer service. Comprehensive training is provided to ensure success in the AT&T Sales Associate role. AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities Engage with customers in a professional, in-person setting to present AT&T products and services Clearly explain service options, features, and current promotions Assist customers in selecting solutions that align with their needs and preferences Accurately complete new account setups and enrollment processes Provide ongoing customer support and address questions or concerns Maintain a high standard of customer experience and professionalism AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, goal-oriented, and professional demeanor Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment Willingness to learn and apply new information Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required This position is a full-time employment position located in Abilene, TX. This position is Monday through Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses.
