Comprehensive training is provided to ensure success in the Sales Team Member role.

Sales Team Member Responsibilities:

Engage with customers in a professional, in-person setting to present AT&T products and services Clearly explain service options, features, and current promotions Assist customers in selecting solutions that align with their needs and preferences Accurately complete new account setups and enrollment processes Provide ongoing customer support and address questions or concerns Maintain a high standard of customer experience and professionalism

Sales Team Member Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills Reliable, goal-oriented, and professional demeanor Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing environment Willingness to learn and apply new information Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is preferred but not required This position is a full-time employment position located in Abilene, TX. This Sales Team Member position is Monday through Saturday, with an average of 40 hours per week, working in a face-to-face role with customers and businesses.

Pay:

$51,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
