Full Job Description Job Overview:
Lone Star Liquor is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Liquor Store Sales Associate to join our team. If you're passionate about providing excellent service and have an interest in alcoholic beverages, this is a great opportunity for you. As a key member, you'll help customers, manage inventory, and ensure the store complies with all necessary regulations. Welcome and assist customers in selecting and purchasing alcoholic beverages. Offer knowledgeable recommendations on liquor, wine, beer, and other products to help customers make informed choices. Accurately process sales transactions using the POS system, including handling cash, credit, and digital payments. Verify customer identification to meet legal drinking and smoking age requirements. Manage inventory by restocking shelves and keeping the store clean and organized, including restrooms and the parking area. Assist with receiving product deliveries, managing invoices, and stocking shelves. Ensure compliance with local and state alcohol sale regulations. Promote store offers, discounts, and new products, and assist in creating visually appealing displays. Maintain store security by identifying and reporting any suspicious activities. Provide customer feedback to management to enhance the shopping experience.Requirements:
Must be at least 21 years old with a valid I.D. and Social Security card. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in retail or a liquor store is a plus. Knowledge in alcoholic beverages is preferred. Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderately heavy items upto 80 lbs. Attention to detail, especially when handling cash and transactions. Familiarity with alcohol sales laws and regulations is preferred. Job Shift Hours Morning Shift- 10AM
- 6PM Evening Shift
