What will you do? Lead, motivate, and support Retail Cashiers Open and close retail locations as directed Train new Retail Cashiers on POS, merchandising standards, and customer engagement Assist retail management with the creation and maintenance of daily procedures and operations Assist with inventory control and loss prevention Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards Regularly evaluate and maintain visual merchandising standards More about you Must be at least 18 years of age Previous experience leading in a retail space is preferred No experience or diploma required Physical requirements Long-term standing, walking, bending, and reaching Repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds Shift details Evenings Weekends Events Days Who we are Delaware North operates concessions, suites, catering, premium dining, and retail management at Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers since the park opened in 2020.
