Join our dynamic team as a Sales Associate, where you'll be at the forefront of connecting customers with innovative technology solutions. Responsibilities Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend tailored products and services, including wireless plans, devices, and tech solutions. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features clearly to enhance customer understanding and satisfaction. Utilize CRM software and sales tools like Salesforce to track leads, manage accounts, and follow up on sales opportunities. Identify new business prospects through cold calling, lead generation activities, and territory management strategies. Manage existing accounts by providing ongoing support, upselling additional services, and ensuring customer retention. Collaborate with management on business development initiatives and contribute to marketing efforts to attract new clients. Negotiate terms with customers to close sales effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence. Experience Proven experience in customer service, sales, or retail environments. Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and territory sales responsibilities. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for account management and lead tracking. Demonstrated success in direct sales, inside sales, or technical sales roles involving product demos and upselling techniques. Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and develop strategic solutions that foster long-term relationships. Experience in negotiation, customer service, and business development is highly desirable. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
