As an AT&T Team Member, you will be trained extensively in event sales techniques and customer service strategies by top performers in our industry, after which you will be expected to maintain our sterling reputation by meeting client sales goals as well as company metrics in customer satisfaction. AT&T Team Member:

Process, organize, and distribute the warm leads provided to ensure the most efficient daily schedules for customer visits Forge long-lasting relationships with customers, clients, and fellow employees by demonstrating integrity, a strong work ethic, and interpersonal skills Continuously strive to meet client sales, acquisitions, and customer satisfaction expectations by implementing training programs provided by company trainers Abide by any compliance policies and procedures set forth by the client, and ensure all transactions meet necessary company standards Participate in the training of junior AT&T Team Members to aid entry-level staff as they hone skills in customer service and event sales Qualifications of an

AT&T Team Member:

High School diploma or GED Previous experience in sales and retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus Ability to manage client relationships and close deals effectively Self-motivated and able to take independent initiative to solve problems on the spot The ability to work independently and in a team environment
