Job Summary :
As a Retail Sales Associate, you'll be the face of Cricket Wireless, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in a dynamic retail environment. You'll help customers find the perfect wireless solutions to meet their needs, while building strong relationships and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist customers in selecting Cricket Wireless products and services, including phones, plans, and accessories.
  • Achieve sales targets by promoting and selling Cricket Wireless offerings.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest Cricket Wireless products, services, and promotions.
  • Work as a team player to reach company goals.
Qualifications :
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong sales aptitude and a passion for technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Prior retail sales experience is a plus.
