About Cozy Cannabis We are a distinguished luxury boutique retailer catering to individuals with sophisticated tastes in home decor, apparel, accessories, and wellness products, including teas, tinctures, and skincare. At Cozy, our patrons are welcomed into a warm, inviting environment where they can browse a carefully curated, secure selection of legal hemp products, supported by our friendly and hospitable Cozy Retail Team. We are dedicated to promoting holistic well-being by integrating traditional retail practices with innovative, health-oriented offerings. This approach distinguishes Cozy from other retailers, as we serve a wide range of wellness needs and preferences. Position Snapshot We are looking for an energetic and knowledgeable individual who is passionate about mixology and cannabis culture and is willing to work in a hybrid role that incorporates both experiences based on store needs. If so, you will be a great fit here at Cozy Cannabis, and we can't wait to meet you! Prepare and serve a variety of cannabis-infused cocktails and beverages during our happy hour as needed. Educate customers about cannabis effects and upsell products and packages. Maintain a clean, organized bar and work area. Engage with customers and offer personalized recommendations. Process payments and manage cash handling accurately. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Qualifications Must be 21 or older Previous bartending and sales experience preferred; Knowledge of cannabis products and local regulations is a plus. Strong customer service and selling skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting. Cash handling experience, and comfort working with technology and POS systems. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Upsell effectively. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivated with a healthy curiosity and willingness to continuously learn. Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills and follow-through. A passion for wellness and an interest in the benefits of cannabis.
