Food Truck Team Member Pay:
Hourly pay + tips (Compensation based on experience and performance) Lumi's Crepes•Pflugerville is seeking motivated, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our growing food truck team. We are looking for team members who take pride in their work, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and are committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Prepare crepes, beverages, and other menu items according to company standards Provide outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional attitude Accurately operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace at all times Restock ingredients, supplies, and packaging throughout the shift Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Complete opening and closing duties as assigned Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining quality and accuracy Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations Perform additional tasks as needed to support the success of the business Qualifications Reliable, punctual, and accountable Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask and work well under pressure Excellent communication and customer service skills Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Food service, café, or barista experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate Weekend and flexible schedule availability is required What We Offer Hourly pay plus tips Performance-based raises and advancement opportunities Paid training Flexible scheduling A professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment We hire for attitude, reliability, and work ethic.
