Schedule:

Part-time — M-F 3pm-7pm. Brazilian Top Team is one of Texas's premier Jiu-Jitsu academies, and we're hiring a Front Desk / Sales Associate for our Austin location. This is a people-first role — you're the first face members and prospects see when they walk in.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Greet members and visitors warmly Give academy tours and sell memberships to walk-ins and trial students Answer phone calls, texts, and DMs from prospective students Follow up with leads and book intro classes Keep the front desk area clean and organized Light admin: check-ins, processing payments, scheduling

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Outgoing, friendly, and genuinely loves people Sales experience (retail, gym, restaurant, hospitality all count) Strong communication skills — phone, text, in-person Reliable and punctual Comfortable with basic tech (CRM software, iPad, phone)
