European Wax Center near The Domain is hiring a reliable, outgoing Front Desk Sales Associate to help guests feel confident, keep the center running smoothly, and grow with our team. This is not just a receptionist position. Our GSAs help run the flow of the center, create a great guest experience, and drive sales through memberships, wax passes, products, and rebooking. What You'll Do Welcome guests with a positive, upbeat attitude Check guests in and out accurately Recommend products, services, and wax passes Help keep the center running smoothly Support the wax specialists and the front desk team Follow company policies, dress code, and attendance expectations Stay focused, organized, and professional during busy shifts What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Sales or customer service experience preferred Reliable, punctual, and professional Comfortable talking about products, packages, and promotions Able to work evenings and weekends Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to follow systems, policies, and dress code Schedule Morning, evening, and weekend shifts available Must be available to close at least 2 nights per week Must be available to work Saturday or Sunday Pay & Benefits Hourly pay plus commission and bonus opportunities Typical total compensation averages $16-$24/hour , with promotional periods averaging higher Paid training Paid time off for full-time associates Health, dental, vision, and life insurance options 401(k) with employer match Employee discounts on products and waxing services Career growth opportunities Fun, team-focused work environment Why Join Us?
