We're now hiring at our brand-new Austin Spectrum store! All Connect Pros, a Spectrum Authorized Retailer, just opened its doors and we're building our founding sales team. Our reps average about $3,000/month in commission on top of base, and top performers earn more. No experience needed — we provide paid training to get you selling fast. Get in on the ground floor: as a brand-new store, early team members are first in line for lead and management roles.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Greet customers and recommend the right Spectrum Internet, Mobile, TV, and Voice products. Hit and exceed sales goals while delivering a great customer experience. Build relationships, handle objections, and close with confidence. Keep the store welcoming, organized, and running smoothly.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A
friendly, competitive, goal-driven personality. Strong communication and a customer-first attitude. Comfort with phones, tablets, and basic computer apps. Accurate cash-handling and basic math. Sales, retail, or wireless experience is a plus — but not required.

SCHEDULE
Full-time, including some evenings and weekends (typical retail store hours).
