Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs, offering detailed product demos when applicable Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system efficiently for transactions including cash handling, credit card processing, and receipts Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stock replenishment to enhance store visual appeal Conduct upselling by recommending complementary products to maximize sales opportunities Manage inventory by stocking shelves, organizing back stock, and ensuring accurate product placement Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, explaining product features, and maintaining professional phone etiquette Supervise or assist with cashiering duties as needed, ensuring accurate retail math and cash handling procedures are followed Experience Previous retail sales experience preferred, especially in environments like grocery stores or specialty shops Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math to handle transactions confidently Strong communication skills and bilingual abilities are highly valued for engaging diverse customer bases Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, merchandising, stocking, and customer service excellence is desirable Ability to maintain professionalism on the phone and in person while managing multiple tasks efficiently Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while advancing your skills in retail sales!
