Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service throughout their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges with accuracy Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and perform cash handling duties responsibly Conduct product demonstrations to inform customers about features and benefits of items Assist with merchandising and stocking shelves to maintain an attractive and organized store layout Promote upselling opportunities to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction Maintain phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely Support inventory management by participating in stock replenishment and inventory counts Engage in product knowledge sharing and participate in product demos to educate customers Ensure compliance with store policies, safety procedures, and cleanliness standards Experience Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for handling transactions accurately Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Supervising experience is advantageous for those interested in leadership opportunities within the team Experience working in grocery stores or similar retail environments is beneficial but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work flexible hours including weekends Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and proactive approach Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering excellent service while growing your retail career!
