Sales Associate

Sales Associate / Inside Sales Coordinator Dark Horse Metals is a growing steel pipe supply and fabrication company serving helical pile manufacturers, driven pile contractors, large-OD pipe customers, bollard/site protection buyers, and industrial contractors. We are looking for a Sales Associate / Inside Sales Coordinator to help manage RFQs, customer communication, quote follow-up, CRM updates, and sales support. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, comfortable talking with customers, and able to keep details moving in a fast-paced industrial environment. Responsibilities Receive and organize customer RFQs. Enter and track quotes. Follow up on open quotes. Maintain customer records. Support sales and estimating. Help gather vendor pricing. Coordinate order handoff to production and shipping. Track won/lost quotes. Prepare weekly sales pipeline reports. Support key accounts and repeat customers. Requirements Strong communication skills. Strong follow-up habits. Basic computer skills. Comfortable with spreadsheets, email, and CRM systems. Ability to learn pipe, steel, and fabrication terminology. Good attention to detail. Ability to work with sales, production, shipping, and accounting. Industrial, construction, steel, or inside sales experience preferred. Preferred Experience in steel, pipe, fabrication, construction supply, industrial sales, or logistics. Experience with CRM or quote tracking. Experience working with contractors or manufacturers. Compensation Competitive pay based on experience, with performance bonus opportunity.

Pay:

$20.00 - $24.00 per hour
