Responsibilities:
  • Assist customers in identifying and purchasing automotive parts, tools, and accessories that meet their needs
  • Provide knowledgeable advice and recommendations on products and services
  • Process sales transactions quickly and accurately using point-of-sale systems
  • Maintain organized and attractive displays of merchandise, ensuring shelves are stocked and items are properly labeled
  • Receive, unpack, and stock incoming shipments of inventory
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure overall satisfaction
  • Monitor inventory levels and report low stock or discrepancies
  • Stay informed about product features, promotions, and industry trends
  • Support store cleanliness and safety standards
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
Requirements:
  • Prior customer service or retail experience preferred, especially in automotive parts or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and apply product knowledge quickly
  • Basic math skills and familiarity with computerized point-of-sale systems
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand or walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
