Our kiosk locations are located in Sunrise Mall-Brownsville. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for retail sales, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products. Provide product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits. Process transactions accurately using the cash register. Maintain knowledge of current promotions and upsell products to enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise stock levels and assist with inventory management. Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Requirements Experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments. Familiarity with cash register operations is a plus. Ability to upsell products and promote store specials.
