We are seeking motivated individuals to join our retail team in roles ranging from Sales Associate to Store Management. Whether part-time or full-time, our employees play an important role in providing friendly customer service, maintaining store operations, and supporting a clean and organized shopping environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide helpful, courteous service Operate the cash register, handle payments, and process transactions accurately Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain store cleanliness Assist with unloading deliveries and managing inventory levels Follow company policies and safety procedures Support loss prevention and shrink control initiatives Provide leadership support as needed, including opening/closing the store and supervising team members (Lead Sales Associate, Assistant Manager, Store Manager roles) Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management of staff (management-level roles) Ensure sales goals, operational standards, and customer satisfaction targets are met Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Basic math and cash-handling ability Reliability and willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings and weekends Leadership experience preferred for Lead, Assistant Manager, and Store Manager positions High school diploma or equivalent preferred Work Environment Retail store setting requiring standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally Flexible scheduling available (part-time and full-time opportunities) Why Join Dollar General?
