Job Description

Role Summary The Inside Sales Associate is a hunter-first role responsible for prospecting new business and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within our existing account base. You'll work closely with the sales team and account management to move opportunities through the funnel and convert them into production revenue. This is not a passive order-taking role — we want someone who drives activity. Key Responsibilities Prospect and qualify new business leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn — targeting marketing and operations contacts at mid-market and enterprise companies with direct mail programs Identify and pursue incremental revenue opportunities within existing accounts, including additional product lines, increased volumes, and seasonal campaigns Build and maintain an active pipeline in CRM; log all activity and keep opportunity data current Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, timelines, and mail programs — and connect those to Dimaco's capabilities Prepare and present quotes, capability overviews, and proposals in collaboration with sales and operations Coordinate handoffs to account management post-close; maintain relationships through the production cycle to identify repeat and referral opportunities Stay current on print/mail industry trends, postal regulations, and competitor positioning Meet or exceed monthly activity metrics and revenue targets Qualifications Required 2+ years of B2B inside sales or business development experience Proven track record of outbound prospecting and pipeline generation Strong communicator — comfortable on the phone and via email with both marketing and operations buyers Organized and self-directed; able to manage a high volume of active prospects CRM proficiency Preferred Background in commercial print, direct mail, lettershop, or related marketing services Familiarity with variable data printing, EDDM, or postal logistics Experience selling to marketing directors, print buyers, or agency contacts Compensation Competitive base salary commensurate with experience Commission on new business closed and incremental revenue generated from existing accounts Full-time, in-office position based in
