College Station, TX Job Details Full-time 18 hours ago Qualifications Customer communication Full Job Description Position Overview The Customer Solutions Associate supports the WAV sales team and customers by ensuring that quotes, sales orders, and requests are completed in a timely, accurate manner. The Customer Solutions Associate will use the WAV CRM system to create quotes, process orders, and manage activity. Your efforts directly support WAV's growth. Essential Job Functions Promptly respond to customers with courtesy and respect Create quotes and process sales orders Obtain and maintain a proficient understanding of internal systems and processes to increase level of customer service to clients Become and maintain a proficient understanding of technical knowledge of all product lines offered by WAV, attend in-house and supplier trainings Become proficient in the pricing models of all product lines offered by WAV Attend in-house and supplier training Act as support to our internal customers Adhere to and promote WAV fundamentals Support WAV house accounts Non-essential Job Functions Detail focused and strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Self-starter who is independent and proactive Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to work in a team environment with a positive attitude. All other duties as assigned
