What You'll Do:

Create a warm, welcoming environment by greeting customers and delivering top-tier service. Stay informed on our merchandise, promotions, and store policies to assist guests with confidence. Ring up purchases, handle returns, and keep the checkout area smooth and efficient using our POS system. Keep the store looking sharp—restock shelves, tidy displays, and maintain visual standards. Support sales goals and store events , including Texas A&M home games and seasonal promotions. Pitch in on store operations like inventory, housekeeping, and event prep. ✅

What We're Looking For:

A customer-first mindset —you're friendly, helpful, and ready to go the extra mile. A team player who supports others and thrives in a collaborative environment. Strong attention to detail and an "all-in" attitude when it comes to doing things the right way. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and game days . Comfort working in non-climate-controlled environments and on your feet all day. Willingness to lift 20+ lbs and engage in physical store tasks.
