Team Member

Overview:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Operate cash registers and POS systems to process customer transactions accurately
• Handle cash and credit card transactions, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation, including handling and serving food items
• Bus tables and maintain dining areas to ensure a clean and organized environment
• Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills, including the ability to perform retail math calculations
• Experience operating cash registers or POS systems is preferred
• Knowledge of food handling and safety practices is a plus
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products or services
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
