This role supports both internal and external customers—including outside sales representatives, project managers, operations, and vendor partners—by ensuring accurate order processing, thorough documentation, and proactive communication throughout the order lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Serve as a central support resource for the sales and operations teams Handle inbound inquiries from customers and internal stakeholders Research product specifications, availability, pricing, and lead times with manufacturers as needed Accurately enter and manage sales orders within the ERP system Verify part numbers, pricing, freight terms, and shipping details Process order changes, revisions, and updates efficiently Issue order confirmations and review vendor acknowledgements for accuracy Track ship dates and record tracking information Communicate order status updates, delays, or discrepancies to appropriate parties Coordinate with purchasing, vendors, and operations to ensure timely fulfillment Assist with resolving order discrepancies and customer concerns in a professional mannerDesired Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
Experience in sales support, order processing, customer service, or inside sales environments Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through to completion Experience with Microsoft Dynamics SL and CRM preferred Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand technical product specifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Windows-based applicationsEducation & Experience:
