We WILL train YOU!!! At Nothing Bundt Cakes, we pride ourselves on the speed of a fast-food restaurant with the service and quality of a high-end bakery. We love the staff who take the initiative, find comfort in a fast-paced job and work well under pressure. Your daily tasks will vary from creative party planning for guests in-store and over the phone to helping craft our beautiful cakes. Other tasks include ringing up customers, keeping the store-front and bakery spotless, helping not only your department but other departments while working together as a team, and selling not only our deliciously scrumptious cakes but also our hand-selected retail. We will also be training you on how to craft our adorable and quirky decorations, including making the design pieces and fluffing the bows. Our starting pay is $10 per hour, with opportunities for raises, cross-training, bonuses, and promotions, as well as employee discounts, and free cakes. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Able to understand written and oral directions and apply knowledge to perform job responsibilities. Able to multitask while paying attention to details, work at a fast pace with the need for speed and a sense of urgency, possess strong physical stamina, and can stand for extended periods of time. Has a strong sense of pride in their work, find comfort doing repetitious tasks, and has amazing organizational skills. Is diligent, organized, and self-motivated with the ability to operate both individually and as a team with minimal supervision. Education, Certifications, and Work Experience Requirements

• Applicants MUST be 18 years of age or older
• start latest shift on any given day by 3:30 PM (no negotiations)
• legibly write and speak English
• commit to 15-30 hours and 3-4 days a week including weekend
• cash handling and basic math
• Food Handler's Certification (while not needed to get hired, it requires after getting hired) Work Availability Must have the flexibility to work various shifts, including mornings, weekends, and holidays. Must be punctual and ready to adjust for last-minute changes in schedule.
• This is not a seasonal or temporary job, but applicants must be willing to be able to work within this timeframe.

10 AM-7 PM;

Sun:

12 PM-5 PM. Can you attend mandatory meetings every 1-2 months? State your age. Are you available to work 4-5 days a week, including weekends? You must be available for at least TWO opening and TWO closing shifts. Latest shift must starts by 3:30 PM.
