Job Description
Corpus Christi Harley-Davidson is now HIRING! We are looking for Part-time Motorclothes/Merchandise Associates. All applicants must be committed to work in a customer-oriented and friendly environment. Candidates must be self-driven, results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear focus on the highest of customer service standards. Retail sales experience is a must. Harley-Davidson and motorcycle knowledge is a plus. Duties include, but are not limited to: Provide excellent customer service at every transaction Greet and serve every customer courteously and promptly Gain product knowledge & share with customers to properly answer questions and assist them in identifying and selecting Motorclothes fashion apparel and riding gear that they might need or enjoy Actively solicit sales and suggest complementary products that will fulfill the customer wants and needs Develop relationships with customers so their experience is second to none Merchandising and maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of counters, displays, shelves, bins, and customer contact area by following good housekeeping procedures Handle customer communication regarding returns and/or problems with orders, return authorizations and maintain related records Handle cash & card transactions and maintain loss prevention Stock merchandise- Stock, replenish, hang, fold, display setup Adhere to all policies Working nights, weekends & holidays Who we are looking for: Have a love of motorcycles Be an outgoing, energetic people person that is customer service oriented Be self-motivated and driven Go-getter, hard-working team player with an easy to talk to personality Creative, fashionable flair Cashier/cash handling and data entry experience Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, including repetitive bending, prolong standing, twisting, stooping, squatting, climbing Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs Must have weekend availability All qualified candidates must meet drug test screening and background check If you wish to be part of our Fun and Exciting work environment, please email us your resume today and tell us why you would be a good fit for Corpus Christi Harley-Davidson!
