Dent Mechanic Group (DMG) is expanding and looking for motivated Independent Sales Associates to help connect vehicle owners with industry-leading hail damage repair services throughout the DFW area. About Dent Mechanic Group Dent Mechanic Group has specialized in Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) for more than 10 years. Through strong relationships with major insurance providers, we help customers restore hail-damaged vehicles with minimal hassle and no out-of-pocket repair costs in most cases. Our team is built on accountability, integrity, growth, and customer service. We believe hard work should be rewarded, and we provide a clear path for advancement based on performance. Compensation & Incentives Structured ramp with paid onboarding and early performance incentives Eligibility for W2 status with base pay after performance milestones Base pay : $400/week High-commission earning model with weekly payouts (12.25%)
Commission Advance:
Up to $5,000/month
Quarterly Bonus :

Responsibilities Generate new business through community outreach, referrals, networking, and lead follow-up Maintain regular communication throughout the customer experience Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective customers Track activity and customer interactions accurately Represent the company professionally within the local community Qualifications Self-starter with a strong desire to earn and grow professionally Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Customer service, sales, marketing, or outreach experience is beneficial but not required Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license preferred Apply today and discover what your earning potential can be.
