Pawnbroker - Jewelry Sales and Customer Service

Dallas Pawn Shop is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Pawnbroker. We are looking for someone who has a passion for jewelry sales, exceptional customer service skills, and a drive to succeed. Previous pawn experience is not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers in the pawn and sales Evaluate and appraise items brought in by customers Negotiate prices and terms with customers to ensure a win-win outcome for both parties Manage pawn and loan transactions accurately and efficiently Uphold the highest level of customer service and professionalism at all times Maintain a clean and organized work environment Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of sales experience Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build relationships with customers Strong communication and negotiation skills Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to handle cash and use a POS system Flexibility to work weekends At Dallas Pawn Shop, we offer a competitive compensation package, ongoing training and development, and opportunities for career advancement.
