Key Responsibilities :
Customer Service :
Greet and engage with customers, offering tailored assistance and styling advice. Build relationships with clients, including maintaining a client book and reaching out for new arrivals or events. Handle transactions accurately and efficiently.Product Knowledge :
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the boutique's merchandise, including designers, fabrics, fits, and current trends. Educate customers about products to enhance their shopping experience.Visual Merchandising :
Ensure the boutique is visually appealing by organizing and restocking merchandise. Assist in setting up displays to reflect the boutique's aesthetic and brand image.Boutique Operations :
Handle inventory management, including receiving, steaming, and agging new merchandise. Maintain a clean and organized store environment. Assist with in-store events and promotions.Qualifications :
Passion for fashion, retail, and providing exceptional customer experiences. Previous retail or customer service experience, preferably in a boutique or high-end setting. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
