Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Order merchandise from our warehouse or suppliers based on inventory levels and customer demand. Check product levels, expiration dates, and rotate stock. Occasionally, conduct physical inventories.

Customer Assistance:

Provide exceptional customer service at the checkout counter, assisting customers with their product selections and processing payments via cash, SNAP, or WIC cards.

Stocking & Merchandising:

Unpack, stock, and organize shelves, racks, and bins with new merchandise to ensure a well-stocked and visually appealing store.

Store Maintenance:

Maintain cleanliness by routinely cleaning counters, shelves, floors, and bathrooms to ensure a safe and welcoming shopping environment.

Team Support:

Assist the store manager and other team members with any other duties or tasks needed to ensure the smooth operation of the store.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous retail or store clerk experience is a plus Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (preferred) Detail-oriented and committed to maintaining a high level of accuracy Team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while providing outstanding customer service
