Responsibilities Greet customers warmly with enthusiasm and professionalism, establishing a welcoming environment. Provide personalized fragrance demonstrations when appropriate and make recommendations based on customer preferences to enhance customer experience and showcase product versatility. Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently. Assist customers with inquiries. Place customer fragrance special orders. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Skills Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse clientele. Spanish is a plus. Strong sales acumen with experience in upselling, retail math, and achieving sales targets. Familiarity with cashiering procedures and using a point-of-sale (POS) system. Time management skills to balance multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations. Customer service expertise with a friendly and helpful personality, as well as the ability to handle inquiries professionally.
