Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience Assist clients in selecting jewelry pieces that match their preferences and needs, offering product demos when appropriate Maintain visual merchandising standards by organizing displays and stocking shelves to attract customers' attention Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash and card payments with professionalism Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales performance Conduct product demos to educate customers about jewelry features, care, and styling tips Manage inventory by stocking new merchandise, conducting stock checks, and ensuring the sales floor is well-maintained Requirements Previous retail sales experience, preferably in jewelry or luxury goods, is highly desirable but not mandatory Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers; bilingual abilities are a plus Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math for accurate transactions Excellent phone etiquette for engaging with customers over the phone or online inquiries Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership qualities are advantageous for team collaboration Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly and accurately for sales and inventory management Knowledge of merchandising techniques, stocking procedures, and customer service best practices Experience working in a fast-paced environment such as grocery stores or other retail settings is beneficial Join us in creating a sparkling shopping experience where every customer leaves feeling valued!
