Team Member/ Swigg Specialist

Type:

Part-Time Responsibilities Greet and engage customers with a friendly, positive attitude. Prepare and serve superfood drinks, kombucha teas, mushroom coffees, smoothies, and more. Educate customers about superfoods and their benefits (training provided). Operate point-of-sale (POS) system and handle transactions accurately. Follow all food safety and health guidelines. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation standards in all food prep and service areas and safe work environment at all times. Restock supplies and assist with inventory management. Support the Herb'n Swigg team in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Represent the Herb'n Swigg brand with professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm

Qualifications:

Strong communication and people skills; ability to create a welcoming atmosphere. Interest in health, wellness, and natural foods (prior knowledge is a plus, but notrequired). Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends. Prior food service or retail experience preferred, but not required

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods of time Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds Ability to perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
