Job Description
Ashley HomeStore - Eagle Pass, TX, as a Retail Sales Associate. You would be part of a team responsible in providing excellent customer service by greeting customers in person and over the phone, offering assistance to our customers in creating the ideal furnishings options for their rooms/homes, providing a friendly environment for our customers and employees. Our Store hours are Monday - Saturday. Our staff does work a 5 day work week including Saturdays. Includes Company Benefits. Be a customer service professional Sales Associate by: answering sales calls with proper phone etiquette processing customer sales tickets organization skills to maintain clientele list good communication and listening skills basic computer skills working closely with public and staff maintain a high standard of conduct and confidentiality knowledge of different furniture groups Would like you to have experience with: computers (windows, excel, typing, internet usage) problem solving customer service skills time management personal organization being a team player
